We would like to start off by expressing our apologies for the downtime you have encountered on our website in the past couple of days, however being a transparent casino we would like to inform you what has been going on. 

In the past few days we have increased the number of servers we use in the casino and we were also upgrading some of our older ones. Once this was complete, we were faced with an unpleasant challenge when we encountered a hardware problem on our new servers so we had no option but to revert back to the old servers until we fix the new ones. 

Thanks to our hard-working tech team that have been working for hours on end, we are now back up and running and will be conducting the necessary testing before moving everything back to our new servers. We are very optimistic that from now on you may continue to enjoy the pleasurable experience you are used to at Videoslots.com.
