Ambassador Introduction

Ambassador is a classic fruit slot game by Betdigital with three reels, four rows and only a single payline. Betdigital goes traditional with this slot, taking inspiration from traditional fruit machines you would find in pubs, arcades and bars. However, they added a few special features to give it a unique touch, such as the Supermeter. Like real-life slot machines where you can play with just your spare pennies, you can play from as little as € 0.01 up to € 25.

There’s no particular theme in this game and not a lot of activity on the reels. The main aim of the game is to bet back your winnings to earn a bigger jackpot and possibly win big.

Ambassador Game Features

The main features of the game include the Supermeter feature, the Fruit Pot feature and the option to gamble your winnings. There are four different ways in which you can multiply wins and activate the game’s special features. Another special symbol is the Joker, which plays wild. The Joker appears grinning on the 3rd reel only, so you can't get a winning line with the joker symbol alone, but he can count as a winning symbol in combination with other symbols.

Ambassador Free Spins and Bonuses

The main bonus features in this game are the Supermeter, the Wild, and the gamble mini-game. The game doesn't come with any free spins like most video slots do, but then again, this one is clearly different in many ways that work well for this style.

If you transfer your wins to the Supermeter within the Ambassador Wheel, you can multiply your prizes. This option is only available when you're playing with five coins, but it increases the ways winnings can be gambled. This option also triggers the Fruit Pot feature, which can lead you to the jackpot.

The Fruit Pot feature is available when playing a 5-coin game and when playing in the Supermeter game. This is activated when you get a four of a kind win: the corresponding fruit is lit are when all are the fruits light up, you'll get the 5,000-coin prize (which cannot be gambled).

There's also the Ambassador Wheel game which begins automatically when you get 3 or 4-star symbols on the payline. The 10 segments of the wheel will light up one by one. It can either land on the high-paying section at the top or will award you a win anyways for landing the star.

Ambassador Payouts

If you get the timing just right and are quick with your click, you can get a bonus win of 5,000 coins paid out in the Fruit Pot Feature. There are different payouts depending on which features you choose and payouts can be slightly confusing because there are so many different ones.

You can multiply your wins in 4 different ways by choosing the Gamble option. You will see numbers and colours spinning in a box below and if you manage to click a red or blue button at the right time, you can double your win. If you manage to stop the spinning numbers on numbers 2, 5, 7, or 11, you can win 3 times your bet.

Even better, you can quadruple your win if you manage to click the 4x button on 1,7, or 12. It can be slightly confusing to remember which combination and which numbers lead to which payouts, but the game explains this before you start.

Ambassador Graphics and Sound

There isn’t much in terms of graphics and sound that you can expect in this slot, it’s simple and classic in style. The reels are set against a plain blue background and symbols to include everything you’d expect to find on a classic fruit machine: bright fruit, bar symbols, bells, and stars. It’s not always exciting on the reels and it’s a good game if you’re into more classic slots with no fancy, flashy stuff and upbeat music. It’s obviously retro in style and meant to mimic a real-life slot machine in a casino.

Ambassador Conclusion

This is a simple game in terms of design with good potential for big wins without a lot of fuss. However, its pay rules are very specific and can get confusing. Even the design of the game is quite unconventional and look a bit too busy.  It’s an easy game to play, but perhaps not so fun to play on the desktop because the game is only available in portrait mode, so you’ll only get a full screen on a tablet or mobile phone screen.
